Professional Journey
Rose built her career in Advertising & Marketing, supporting Fortune 500 brands and rising to Director-level and Operations leadership roles in a competitive environment. In her role, she coached cross-functional VPs and executives 1:1, guiding them through complex career and leadership challenges. Rose learned first-hand how to navigate professional optics in complex, matrixed organizations and “manage up” to executive leadership teams. As a hiring manager, she’s seen the process from both sides of the “table” — with deep experience in talent development, performance management, organizational development, and culture creation.
Rose also brought her executive experience to the board of a well-known non-profit, supporting strategic initiatives and advancing the organization’s mission.

She delivers 1:1 coaching, career services, and group workshops and trainings. With a unique blend of corporate experience, over a decade as a resume advisor, and professional coaching since 2018, Rose takes an action-oriented approach. She combines best-in-class planning & goal-setting techniques with professional branding expertise, helping clients shine as their authentic selves while making deliberate progress toward their career and leadership goals.
